Mixing process of Nanocid products with ceramic glaze

During doing BAL mail operation for achieving powder (fine powder) from crystal frit, Nanocid powder was added to frit so that during BAL mail operation it was distributed in frit powder homogeneity (after this step glaze producing process is done).

In this process, mixing percentage and powder's kind depends on amount of antibacterial property of manufacturer's final product.

L Nanocid group

After powder producing step, during producing glaze ,L group colloid and water mixture of glaze were mixed with paint with a special ratio so that silver concentration in final product will be 400ppm.
