One of the vast applications of Nanocid composites, is using it for producing all kinds of antibacterial polymers, they are antibacterial ,antifungal and antivirus, and they aren't harmful for environment, the best way for mixing Nanocid composite with polymers like ABS,PET,PP,PE,... is ,applying suitable master batch with polymers that is mixed with Nanocid composite ,10-20 percent. This process is for applying master batch with crude granules in extruder machines or injection in order to achieve a completely monotonous mixture in mixing percentage.
About 0.5-0.1 mixed polymers have different industrial ,domestic, hospital,... applications such as internal body of fridges ,all kinds of water and air filtration ,plastic dishes,...

Nanosilver composite mixing method with all polymers

Is the best way for producing master batch and using it in extruder machines. For producing master batch ,we can use the extruders with granule producer ,in other cases we should place an order in related centers for producing.

Note 1: If we can use twin extruder ,there is no need to make master batch ,and mixing phase is done continuously, during producing product. Also , if we use single extruder and its ratio of length  to diameter is more than 40 ,we can mix without master batch.

Note 2: In injection systems ,also with producing granules before using we can mix nanocid with polymer in the master batch form, and if there aren't any above conditions, mixing system should be repeated with injection ,several times.
